Anyone Fishing For Barbel..?
ryaldinhio replied to Daniel cain's topic in Fresh & Salt Water Fishing
If I caught a 20lb barbel I wouldnt be telling anyone where it came from. However there is enough numpties about who would get the magazines in and tell em the rig the bait and everything just to get there pic in there! -
He Can Lift A Van But Will He Lift The Title

100% agree with this aswell. Haye is class, previousltly didnt have the size or power for this division. He seems to have bulked up and still look fit and powerfull. Fury wont want to fight him because he would lose every time. -

IF fury beats klitchco (thats a big IF) then he is saying his next fight will likely be joshua. I am a big Joshua fan, have been since watchin him in olympics. i think a fight against fury would be new teritory with furys style and jab AJ may struggle to get through. BUT every fight he has is new teritory and we have yet to see him fail so its a fight Id like to see. Id like to think AJ beats martin tomorrow, if he does I dont think there will be a single day he doesnt hold belts until the day he packs in. Fury however has been about ages. makes a prat of himself. disrespects othe -
I did think the same

yeah, fair comments. All good points. Personally Im suprised the trent hasnt thrown up a record barbel yet. dont think it will be long. see more and more 17+ fish coming out....in the news I might add, not in my net! -
they dont hibernate but if they are a late spawn they can stay as tadpoles till the following spring.

Anyone Fishing For Barbel..?

In my opinion a lot depends on the river conditions not just age and food. I think a double is a big fish in the swale whereas in the trent they are relatively common place, I had an overnight session on Trent with my fishing buddy, we had 16 barbel where 7 were doubles. however I believe trent has yet to produce a twenty? Between me and a friend we caught a fish we could recognise half a dozen times in last five seasons and it has been between 13lb5oz and 14lb1oz and there is a lot of bait and natural food in trent however there is a lot of water going through the place....but a small lazy r -

I liked Neville as a sky pundit, I thought he was the best one. Take his hat off for taking the job on and giving it a go. They were in a bad place when he took over. To be fair to him within a month of starting it he came out and said 'it isnt what I expected, management isnt for me' so he knew straight away he made a mistake but he still stuck at it. Full respect to the fella.

the spiral ducting get a hole cutter and put a few more holes in rather one at each end, that will give him something to explore but the real benefit will come with the jills and kits bombing round and popping up everywhere Y.I.S Leeview cheers leeview, will do that. Impressed with the wheel fella.
-
he is near them and he is constantley pacing and chuntering. thats why I wana see if something else will occupy him.....cant see it though! To be fair I will be kettin the jills use the little court/play area aswell, not at same time, so he will probably just be lookin for them in there.
-
I have an exersize wheel, from leeview on here. Im hoping they all put some miles in on it, got to helo with fitness/sharpness for season?
-
My hob has been split from the jills and is currently in a single hutch on his own and being a soft tw*t I am feeling sorry for the little bugger. I had an old two level hutch that was a bit worse for wear so I have decided to make a small court/play area for him to entertain and try and keep him sharper for when/if the season starts. I have taken the front off and the split level out so it is one open area. I am guna jetwash and disinfect it. I have a wheel from leeview to fit and was planning on running the 100mm spiral ducting around up and down to give some tunnels to run through

I could listen to that all day long....tho I think the point was the lyrics! 9 men, 7 dogs & 1 scared little hare ? This song is not accurate at all....no mention of a 3 subaru forresters and a fourtrack!

she is constantley spoilt, she wakes up every morning and pinches herself to see if its a dream! haha! I love my misus to pieces but never appreciate how much she does until she isnt here. she has been gone 1 day and the house looks like a f**king refugee camp!
-
Its right what fox dropper says about herons aswell, I never had any visit me but my dad had one that used to land on roof of the house and he lived on a new estate so it was a built up area.
-
thanks lads. My little girl was the same, born with full head of hair. Hes got massive hands aswell, like shovels on a baby scale...all the better for keepin the boys away from his big sister!!!
