I agree with most of the comments on here. Haye is a cruiser weight and would demolish bellew. He doesnt have the power for the heavyweight division but is quick enough to balance that out. I think Fury will avoid him regardless of money, lets face it Haye isnt going to bring the biggest purse for him. I think he would test AJ and it would be interesting but why would AJ take the fight? Haye has nothing to lose and AJ everything. I dont think Haye would beat wilder but again I dont think he will be offered the chance. at the end of the day he has been out of the division to long to be look

Had a chat with a local farmer today and bagged a new perm. He has quite a bit of land around my way aswell, some of the fields are right outside my house! Just need to meet him now with a local map to show me which other fields are his. Also hoping to meet another farmer in the next village this weekend who has given me some perm aswell....been living here 2 and a half years now and its all coming together. Might finally be able to repay laddylurcher now with some days on some perms of mine!!! Well happy!!!

Air In A Solid Fuel Heating System.
ryaldinhio replied to jetro's topic in Home Stuff, Building and Leisure
jetro, I had a similar issue with my rayburn, did some work filled the system and things weremt working right. traced everything back and I hadnt opened an isolator fully, i had cracked it to refill the back boiler slowly and not fully opened afterwards doh! this meant the hot water couldnt get out the back boiler so was boiling up. It is an open vented system so shouldnt be any air in it unless it is piped badly but this would give you a cold rad not a malfunction in the boiler. On a seperate note if you are getting the back boiler boiling you are doing something wrong, either the wa -
yeah, render stops a few courses above ground level as it should. the rising damp downstairs was covered by rentokil free under their 30 year warranty as they had injected the walls......29 years 11months and 18days before!!!! I was looking through some of the paperwork we got when we bought the house and found it. They tried to get out of it but I pushed the issue and had them round for three surveys and got it done totally free in the end!!!

not according to LVG. might be smoke and mirrors like.

Ive figured out most of the damp issues as they came along and sorted. latest one is in little uns room where she had all her teddies piled in the corner so I dont think that is penetrating, think its just moist air and cold walls and being left there for a long time. still guna get ladders out on weekend and see if there is anything external. We knew this house was a massive project when we took it on so it isnt a surprise. I think the constant rain we have had for the last few months has just made it an issue now.

I heard him on radio earlier. He said to the press 'you can make negative what you want but the fact is we have won two games in a row' WHAT?!?!?!? This is the Manchester United manager claiming he is doing his job by winning two games in a row? And one against a league one side?!?!?!?!?! Time to go. Pep, Jose, potchetino(or whatever he is called). There are a few younger top managers who could and I think would come to manu. I think Jose should take it on because if he turns it around he is the special one again. If he doesnt it takes a few years to build the team he wants. He is what

Well I think couldve written the book of damp at my place! had rising damp due to no dpc, damp due to crap gutters, damp due to roof issues, damp penetrating where the NPG bracket holds the mains cable on and now have damp in little uns room which I think is where the conservatory joins the house. On top of all that you can see the render is knackered and holds water. SO, considering all that I figured rip it off and start again and make sure it is done properly. I thought K rend was meant to be the bees bollox but thats second time Ive heard a bad review of it now. Whats the ans

Having some issues with penetrating damp and the dashing has cracks all over. Knew it was a problem when we bought the house but all this wet weather has brought it to the fore so looking to have it sorted this year. Double brick no cavity so normal sand and cement render Im told is a no-no. the newer waterproof and breathable types K.rend or similar are meant to be the ones to go for. Anyone do this type of work, or have a recommendation around doncaster? cheers

https://db.tt/1PzWsz63 Managed to get a pic of my test hole today. Its about 3-4ft at deepest and holding water to this level....obviously we have had a lot of rain so be interesting to see what happens with it. If it holds then the diggers are coming back!!!

Actually suprised me this, not sure why I had it in my head but I thought hawks needed a few hours a day.

If this rain doesnt fork off I think my whole garden will be a wildlife pond!

POD, proof of delivery, if they cant prove you have received it they cant prove you have received it! Only exception is if you have specifically nominated a safe place or requested it be left if no-one is in. Difference with a phone is they can probably prove its being used and on whos account???

Is it a natural pond sw, or clay, liner, concrete etc? Do you get enough water throigh summer to keep it full?

Now that one really is my old dogs double!!!

I think I agree with this. Within a criminal court the PROSECUTION have to prove BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT that the accused is guilty. i.e. you wouldnt have to prove you werent badger baiting you have evidence you were legally hunting fox for the purpose of pest control? A friend of a friend was in the dock for badger baiting but always protested his innocence, solicitor told him to plead guilty for a lesser sentence he refused. it went to crown and he was looking at time. it was a late hearing and went into a second day solicitor told him to spend the evening with his family as it didnt

them photos were taken over about 2 months so some graft went into it...especially to say its just a patch of mud! haha we get allsorts in garden. bats, owls, woodpeckers, rabbits, foxes, sparrow hawks, pheasant all regular visitors. we have had a buzzard take down a woodpigeon 10 yards from the back door. stoats killing rats and rabbits in the garden. Its brilliant. Me and my mrs have worked hard for everything we have aswell, no silver spoons or luck here.

It doesnt look it from these but my garden about same size again directly adjacent to the left where you can see greenhouse etc so got a decent plot now to have a nice garden with a little wildlife/fishing pond for when Im an old man!
