Otherwise they will be layed up again with torn muscles Start off 50-60 meters to 100-200 m then up a steep hill building up to as much as the hill will allow. Had a great spot when I was keen on ultra fitness, must of been about 500 meters up a very steep hill, batteries never lasted more than 3-4 runs. More than enough for a single dog or a pair..
