  2. Seeing as the elderflower are out and I've got the brewing bug thought I'd give this go,as I say quite often I like things simple so had browse and found this one,from river cottage... Ingredients, 8 elderflower heads 800g sugar Yeast,if using Yeast nutrient 4 lemons,zest and juice Method Dissolve the sugar in 2 litres hot water in a fermenting bucket, then top up with 3 litres cold water.   7. Each alright man. Rabbit was ok, just lathered it with some marinade stuff the mrs had, and nandos chill sauce. I found best was to keep it around the edge of the rim of the grill bit, so it didn't get super hot like in the middle. Just kept um on that edge until done. Tasted super. Arse might disagree After i read this I googled it and one suggestion was push the coals to one side and place the rabbit over the other side so not directly over the heat,the smaller cuts furthest away as they cook quicker,sounds as though you worked this out though,must try bbq ing rabbit as I never have and

  10. Oh and you say too expensive? Two things there, 1.you have to pay for quality and b. buy once cry once! We've all suffered from paying out phobia but sometimes its worth it...

  15. Today's attempt is nettle wine,read good things about this one and it's cheap and simple so it's in the fermenter... You'll need: Nettle tips,2 litres when gently pressed down 1 kg sugar 350g sultanas 1 tspn citric acid/juice 2 lemons 1 tspn tannin/cup black tea Yeast Yeast nutrient Then,clean off the nettles before boiling them for around twenty minutes,strain the juice over the sugar and sultanas in a primary fermenter,make up to a gallon then add the acid and tannin,allow to cool before adding the yeast and nutrient,leave to ferment for five days somewhere warm,strain into a

  19. These are the diy sticks,quite stable but as they're a set height it restricts you a little bit...
  20. Had half hour so took the rifle in the garden for a few shots,had a quick zero so I knew everything was okay and got comfortable on my diy sticks... Actually quite relaxing and makes a big difference when you know your stuff is set up right you are comfortable and confident

Tell the truth you were all over them two weren't you but are worried about the ribbing Seriously though looks and sounds a good place and when the staff and other visitors are nice enough to take time to chat and show an interest in your kit it makes it all the better and will keep people going back,also you share you pleasant experience on here and speed the good word...
