had a go this morning and looked like i was on for the win but this old fella shot like a bloody demon and beat me.2nd place is not bad out of t he 7-8 of us i suppose.then came compak had to sit through the first round then it was my go hit 21ex25 so was very happy as i beat everyone.next go scored the same and again came 1st so happy days.not bad as it is only the 3rd time i have shot my a300 this year and the first go at compak .

made the mistake of wearing shorts whilst out on friday.bloody mossies got me up and down both legs ffs.have not been bit this bad since i was in canada in 88.bright side though my hay fever has not kicked in yet .

and here in is the fecking problem nothing will sort this as our leaders will use the full force of the law to stop anyone who dares to say or do anything to try and change this broken system.as for voting for someone else that is a fecking joke,as i have said before if voting made any difference we would not be allowed to do it.nothing short of a full reset will make any difference now.may aswell leave and go and live on poland now before it is too late.

so weight has gone down from 14st 9pounds to 14st 1 pound so far and allready feeling a lot more spritely.have tried the kefir and it tastes bad so must be good for you.the cherry one seems to be the best so i will stick with that.got the results from the doctor and my number was 5.9 so a little high but not to bad.really want to get down to 13st 7 pounds which at 5ft 6 is still a lot i know but i work out so i think that is where i will stop.just really about wanting to lose weight and sticking to the goal of eating less shite.
