  1. I thought he was planning an attack on an RAF base up there somewhere? Or was that another attack he had planned?
  2. They also reported that the Army bomb disposal unit was despatched to the hospital. Another backpack job by the sounds of it,
  3. Just been watching a report on figures released from the Office of National Statistics. In the period 2011- 2021 immigration rose by 2.5 million taking the estimated total to 10 million or nearly 1 in 6 of the population. Houses are built at a rate of 160 thousand a year, so a shortfall of 900 thousand homes over that 10 year period. Over 50% of those that come here end up in social housing and claiming benefits. I am no expert but even i can see why house prices are so high and housing is in such short supply, And why the NHS is struggling along with GP`s and Dental servic
  4. Probably looking for spiders
  5. They have been under investigation for a good while now. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11037299/Charity-volunteers-meeting-greeting-migrants-sent-traffickers-writes-SUE-REID.html
  6. wasn't my bird, i was just doing a mate a favour Lol
  7. That's the joys of flying BOP. i did a show as a favour for a bloke, nightmare from start to finish, Pere saker took off after a seagull. Harris hawk played up. I swore that day never to do another show. When it all comes together its brilliant but to get to that level takes a hell of a lot of time and commitment. Most will never get there birds to the level of fitness needed to enable it to be on par with its quarry, if you know what i mean, Maybe i am to much of a perfectionist or maybe its ADHD but i can not do something in half measures, I would rather walk away than do that.
  8. They just tend to ask you for your name and address, means cock all really, as you can then legally walk outside and give it to someone else.
  9. Scotland voted in the one trip pony, Sturgeon, all of this is a plan to force Westminster to block the legislation they are passing in the Scottish Parliament, So she can say That Westminster is interfering with Scottish laws and that Independence is the only way forward.
  10. I can remember having a female up high when we flushed a pair of partridge, She came down in a stoop killed the first one in mid air then opened up and took the second on the rise, when she landed with the second one the first one was laying a couple of feet away. Last year i sat in the car outside the dentist that is only about a mile from a quarry where i know they nest, There was a flock of racing pigeons doing circuit's Then all of a sudden bang the flock just split in all directions, Female peregrine had taken one.

  13. Shit photos of photos but a few of the birds from over the years. The little owl was my first ever bird that i took from a nest back in 1975.
  14. Be personal that, he ran past the rest to get to him, Who knows the reason but it wasn't over who had the last jelly baby in the packet that's for sure.
  15. Is this not all down to Sturgeon`s wanting independence at any cost, bill to legalise any gender another to ban dogs hunting rabbits and that, Both would be stopped by the English parliament as she well knew, but now she can say that Scotland is not in charge of its own law making and needs its independence, I blame the wankers that voted her in TBH, sorry if that offends but she is a one trip pony.
  16. I think this thread has run its course, If any new evidence comes to light i am sure a new thread will be started.

This night vision device also links to the scope on the weapon allowing the operator to stick it around a wall and still engage as the sight is connected to the vision he sees in his goggles, Many other uses are also possible, Advanced+Enhanced+Night+Vision+Goggle+(ENVG) - Google Search WWW.GOOGLE.COM
  20. Over the years i have flown ,kestrels Sparrow hawks, Goshawks. Harris hawks, red tails, peregrines, peresakers, Various owls and been out with a Golden Eagle, Best thing i ever witnessed was a pair of merlins flown at skylarks. absolutely breath-taking to watch. But to do it properly takes an awful lot of commitment and dedication, More so with the accipiter's, I have said this before i always found i either had, The time and not the money or, The money and not the time
  21. Plenty of lamping to be had with a female Harris hawk on rabbit, know plenty who have done it for years. Some of the best trained pointers and spaniels i have seen are/were owned by lads who fly BOP.

One thing i did come across that i thought might be a game changer for ground fighting at night is the new enhanced night vision the Yanks are currently testing.

Is it just me, But German tanks attacking Russian Targets!. 200 odd leopard 2 tanks are game changing against the Russian (i assume they are still using T72`s) Can fire on the move and operate at night, My worry would be, The Russians have chosen to use missiles, Helicopter's and drones in this conflict so far, if they now chose to up there air support to attack aircraft, then Ukraine and indeed the west have more choices to make, How long will it be before this proxy war between The EU and Nato against the Russians becomes a real war,
  24. Your memory is crap Lol
