I am of the same mind, But its kids having kids and the lack of help for those with issues, adult social care is knackered and just does not work at any level. The Girl has issues but the help is not there yet the heavy brigade come knocking at the first opportunity, Perhaps it would have been better to have intervened earlier and given both the kid and her a child a chance, Who knows, Its all a mess and not going to get better anytime soon.

True this, last week i was talking to a bloke who`s daughter, who has ADHD, who has a child her self now, she was already known to social services before she had the kid, She posted on a social media platform that she was buzzing after taking sniff, the next day they were knocking on her door asking about what she had posted. At a cost yes. If its not on the V5 as the body type they will allow then you have no chance of changing the class.
