When i say charge, i actually mean the RSPCA tried to bring a private prosecution against him, That's another little ploy. I believe i am right in this but if the police charge you under the hunting act 2004 then you will be entitled to legal aid but invariably its the RSPCA who take you to court and that means no legal aid, The lad who i am on about faced a kennelling bill from the RSPCA of around £11,000, They told him if he pleaded guilty before trial they would waiver that bill. So all in all it can get very expensive, very quickly.

The lad who had all his dogs lifted a few years ago and we raised money towards his solicitors fees, The only evidence against him was a picture of him and his dogs in Wales. yet they tried to charge with digging badgers in an unknown area in Wales.

Pretty much some's up my experience, Eldest shoots and goes out with his mates hawk now and again the youngest who was brought up with, dogs, ferrets, shooting, Hounds and beagles, now shows no interest what so ever. Local pack hounded into oblivion by anti`s and the resulting infighting, Land that has been my local hunting grounds for years sold to the developers.
