  3. traditionally long nets have always been made in square mesh not diamond mesh as are purse nets. as i said earlier make one a stop net or something smaller for a start,
  4. longnets made in square mesh hang naturally and makes a good top and bottom for the lines to go through, knock one up and see the difference for youeself just start with 2 loops then keep increasing untill you get the hight you want then increase 1 and decrease 1 alternatively untill you get the length you want then decrease down to 1 loop Paulus ay chance you could put any pictures up Please Y.I.S Leeview have a look on this site www.knotsindeed.com/learn/

  6. This is kind of true, but I've always thought that less than a fag paper separation means the barrel is likely to come into contact with the stock during the firing cycle, so it's not truly free floating. Neil, if the fag paper catches it means the gap is a little on the thin side. What's the stock on that rifle? If it's wood, I'd get some fine sand paper and a piece of wooden dowel slightly thinner than the barrel, and gently ease the channel where the paper catches (you'll need to take the action out of the stock to do it) until you can smoothly pass a fag paper all the way down to
  7. if the paper goes all the way down even if it catches its free floating if if wont its not

  17. think mr hawkins might disagree. yes some with natural ability will learn quicker but in the end theres no subsitute for getting them out there, most get brushed off without even being tried properly, kept locked up for weeks then expected to be a world beater on the one day someone decides to take them out. Then binned off further down the low life chain as being a jacker or what ever the new inword is. give them a proper chance then if they dont make the grade pts. if this was done by all we wouldnt be having this chat and the terrier world wouldnt be full of shit.
  18. can believe it i do the pest control on a muslim faith boarding school i know for a fact if the police need to talk to one of the kids they have to make an appointment first they carnt just turn up.
