  2. been there done that twice a cz452 american 8 years ago and an arni 1517 thumbhole the other year sold both and went back to the 22lr exotic calibres come and go the good ones stay the course Not sure I'd call a HMR an exotic calibre? And a .22lr and a HMR are very different animals in my book! ATB! that that they are, one is expesive to feed, noisey and tempremental, the other is non of the afore mentioned :laugh:
  3. raw all the way, never even feel cereal to pups streight onto minced chicken/tripe and any table scraps along with a handfull of complete.
  4. waxed shreaded paper in winter with a layer of shavings underneath any wet just runs down into the shavings , carpet in summer, i do have to screw it to the bedboard mind otherwise they eat the pile off it :laugh: and then spend the next 2 days shitting pieces of pile out.

  8. never did any good with full grown rabbits in these, had no problems for mink and rat. had my hand in one once, that made me go oooouch :laugh: but full grown rabbits, all i ever found in them was fur, did catch half grown and smaller. i had more sucess with magnum bodygrips
  9. feel its brestbone then you will know in conjunction with its weight how much to feed it, then again the amount will depend on whot your feeding, how much exercise the birds getting etc.
  10. good guns built to last rugged and reliable i found elley subs were the best for not jamming and winchester/remmingtons were the worst....atb paulus
  11. 2 of them green plastic coated plant poles from the garden centre and a couple of strong elasitic bands. just cut to fit your size

  13. cz nickel synthetic for me. choice was easy good value,trigger cheap to put right, but the main thing its ability to withstand the weather and the knocks and bangs of everyday use. wood just doesnt take the punishment.
  14. To be honest I think the bottom line is that Sharon has stated that her and her husband are nothing to do with the people that have been allegedly ripping people off across the Internet. If this is true, then great but if it's not and believe me there are a lot of people on the Internet, they will be found out and frankly their business will go bang over night. I don't think they have an obligation to explain how they run their business, they do have an obligation to fulfill orders. So lets wait and see, and report back about the service.   16. both deerhound and saluki take a long time to mature, even longer if its a dog aswell. might come good, might not, only time and work will tell

  18. just keep at it, early in the season yet. try taking another more experenced dog out with him abit of compatition might be whot he neeeds. some people arnt lucky enough to have large amounts of bunnys to run at so the dog will take longer to get the idea.
