I'm guessing it's pretty big in the uk now, but food truck events here have really took off in recent years......fast becoming our favourite way to eat out.... This wkend was my local little towns second food truck festival. What a fcuking great way to spend the afternoon with the family! Numerous different types of cuisine, such as thai food, Nepalese, Mexican, sea food, spanish tapas, the usual burgers etc & fish/chips done by a dutch food truck, that rivals anything I've had in England......;-) .....plus drinks & live music....What's not to like?? That was a classic.............memorable lines as I seem to remember were.... "Remember what happened in such & such pub? Wasn't very nice was it?" (Menacing suggestive overtones) & "Yeah come round for beer, but wear a smile, eh?" (My brother is a serious bloke too) . Can you put a link up for that pal I'd like a read of that. I can't mate, I did come across it again some time ago by accident, but can't remember what the original thread was about, but it spiralled rapidly! Haha.... I can't remember the title - it wasn't fair while ago ! It read like a bad Guy Ritchie script..

My last boss in the UK was much like Swiss Toni, complete with breakdown....My last boss in Belgium Marcel was a racist a@sehole hated anybody that wasn't from Belgium and had a flat nose even before I met him. With me it may have been because I was making more money than him, anyway he'll probably be deed now My Swiss Toni was actually going to take me to Canada to renovate his house & Id of gone if I hadn't of been getting married........though some claimed he had a thing for me, but I think I would of took the risk! Haha.... Ffs that explains a lot including the photo, your a receiver

My first thoughts. That's exactly what it is. If the pigeon was a grey house cat, then that would make the ginger cat much more than a metre long imo.... I,m leaning towards squirrel, it would explain the lack of feathers and it has 4 legs a tail and grey fur same as a grey cat ? It could be, I can't make out that detail on my screen

Thanks for all the replies lads. I hadn't really started it as a sympathy type thread, although I do appreciate the kind words. It was really more about time & the way we use it I suppose, god knows we waste enough of it.......Trying to get people thinking about the stuff they really like doing or want to do & not leave it too late or worry less about your pension & think about now! Haha.... As regards to my mate, he's a very tough character, a typical Yorkshireman & fellow hunter. He'll still be taking the piss out of me, as he always has, the humour is still there....

.....So last night I had a very late Email from a dear friend of mine. Did I want to go to the last Bullfight of the season in Madrid on the 12th October? Of course the answer was yes... We had planned to do the Bull run at Pamplona. I don't want to go into detail, but suffice to say he is not going to make next years Bull run, so Madrid was the next best thing & more importantly very soon.... It was a running gag on the show........many years ago ;-) They did a spin-off sitcom with the Swiss Toni character too That's probably where that pic came from. He looks a little more polished ;-)
