In the summer I was very kindly gifted an 8 month old red fell bitch, the first terrier I've owned in a little over 15 years & her intended use was a digging dog only..... Now she is around 15 months old & has been present only on a few digs, but she hasn't even seen a carcass, as all quarry had been released on these digs, although she has been to ground a couple of times.... She hasn't been the most confident of dogs, but this has obviously grown with each successive month I've had her..... I'd struggle to keep a rabbiting hawk going over here tbh, there are rabbits about, in fact I have a charcoal coloured one visiting my garden :-)....but I've only found them in small isolated pockets in the local area.....I'd have to travel a lot! Still..your number is good for this side of Christmas & you write a good thread mate...;-)

I think you will see a difference when the temps drop mate, don't know about there, but it was like a summers day here yesterday......a drop of 10+ degrees at the same weight will probably see her much more committed..... ....but you can't grumble too much mate, she is killing regularly!

I just used to get it at the chemist......someone put me on to it 20 years ago, once you start using it & you see it bubble all the shit out, it makes sense....

Turn the heating down mate!! Roasting here today.....out in tshirt & shorts cutting the grass, even the frogs in the neighbours pond gave a little chorus, normally only hear them between June & August......
