Ye I heard their training is intense. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I heard on the radio before that with all the training they do their heart enlarges, and with that when they retire they have to keep up a training schedule for life to cope with the physical problems that comes from extreme training Can't see how or why the heart enlarges, but it works very hard over a long time/distance which can obviously put extreme pressure on the heart ...It might become more efficient over time. Sometimes it gives you a different perspective on that very reality you speak of TC, one that makes you understand it much more clearly than you did before.. Same here butty, the Preselli hills are especially renowned for the quality of the mushrooms found there. That's how I reckon they ended up dragging the bluestones from there all the way down to Stonehenge! Load of Neolithic trip heads sat in a circle at Carn Menyn suddenly thought it would be a good craic to drag some big feck off stones all the way down to Salisbury plain! Hahaha aye they must've had a good old brew to drag them feckers lol. I hope you're not trying to say you've got best shrooms out west are you, probably just can't handle your trips mun. One thing to bear in mind when taking psychedelics is that it will permanently change the way you look at things. Someone once said to me that you are never quite the same person after you've taken some, and that's true I found. It makes you look at things in a different way and once you're there there's no going back. I think that's why you hear stories of people taking one trip and being fecked for life, sometimes a certain susceptable type of person can't psychologically deal with the changes in the way the brain works.

Depends on a lot of things really, a lot of a trip is dependant on who you're with and what mood you're in. (set and setting) The same dose with the same person can produce two drastically different experiences.

Nice and gentle?? They rank up there with some of the most powerful, nothing gentle about them IMO.. Well I didn't tell him to eating fistfulls of the things I've never had a real dark and scary trip on Libs like other more hardcore Psychs, always had a soft fluffy feel to the trip. That and the fact it's really easy to moderate your dose makes them ideal for beginners, IMO. Thing with the old caps is they are a known quantity because they're fecking everywhere, you are usually in the company with someone experienced the first time you try it. I've known lads go straight

Funny enough booked a haven holiday for missus and half the tribe last year ,for this yearTold her it was near Tenby ,turns out its new quay which is nowhere near Tenby and nearer Aberystwyth ,pmsl they went this Monday and are back Friday morning,She said the phone signals shite an not a lot to do, They went on a boat trip today seen a seal and a dolphin.
