I had them for years and they all went to ground and worked.Plummers are odd dogs but with sensible handling they are terrefic allrounders. Some lines enter quicker than others. I had mainly Coalville stuff

Personally I don't see the reason,other maybe a bit more earthdog. As far as a bushing machine a Plummer needs no infusion of any breed . Let alone a Patterdale. The Patterdales skill is earthwork, not bushing.

I have never seen it in February and we have'nt had it for a couple of years.

Caught our first mixy rabbit yesterday. Has anyone else caught any this year? I have never caught or seen any this early in year before especially as it has been so cold.

My lurcher was 5 at the time took him out,near where we live got about 2 mile from home,for no reason ran for home.Was waiting for me at front door. Went across two busy roads. Always leaded on last 1/4 mile home. 12 year old now possibly best lurcher I've own, never did it again. Have no clue why he did it and never repeated,weird.
