Went for a walk with a mate of mine I hadn't seen for years he had a GWP bitch and a whippet saturated bitza. The dogs were rough and tumbling when the GWP froze and pointed to an area of rough grass. The whippet didn't need any invitation and immediately put up a rabbit. She missed it but got very close. I really enjoyed seeing them work together. Apparently they do it all the time. Surprisingly the GWP did not join the chase but kept checking out the area of rough grass. Anybody any experience of running a pointer or a spaniel with a running dog?

All the evidence seems to suggest cannabis is a safer drug than tobacco. It will surely be made legal here soon. If it was legalised, standards on strength and impurities could be clearly seen on packaging. Lol. When I was a teenager over 50 years back, my mate bought some cannabis off a street dealer. It was a quick transaction up a back alley. Turned out it was Oxo cube.

According to the WHO, smoking kills half of smokers who don't quit and 8 million people per year, of which 1.3 million die from passive smoking. Yet it is legal. If governments want to continue to collect tax receipts and take back handers from the tobacco industry, then why not do it for cannabis and heroin? Both of which are less dangerous than tobacco. Seems strange to me that drug dealers are considered the lowest of the low, yet the murderous tobacco barons are considered legit. It depends whether Fury surrenders to his demons and starts sticking white powder up his nose or Guiness down his gullet. His mental frailty might come to haunt him. On the other hand if he gets a grip and decides to give it one last hurrah, shit or bust, it might be another great fight.

Agree with that. The ref undoubtedly 'saved' Fury when he was staggered across 3 sets of ropes. Had Usyk been lurching like that,with his head obviously scrambled, the ref would have jumped in. The count was very dodgy too. I think existing champions are usually always given favourable treatment by refs. It's often an unconscious thing as well as deliberate. I thought Usyk might have to stop Fury to get the decision. As it turned out justice was delivered, which sometimes isn't the case in boxing.

We've all been conditioned to feel guilty just exploring a piece of land. I got my Mrs to drop me off about 8 miles from home so I could walk home through fields and woods. On two different pieces of land I was asked what I was doing. On each occasion I refused to answer and just kept walking. I had no gun, no dog. One farmer followed close behind me on a noisy quad bike. Ridiculous.

Exactly that. Hes got to go for it from the off. It's bizarre that a man with all the physical attributes goes on the back foot.
