  1. Three words: Man About Dog
  2. Or, how about a complete change of mood here? Horror? No. I don't mean that stupid, 'shlock' shit. I mean deep, visceral, 'I wish I hadn't f**king watched that!'. Leaving a bad taste in your mouth Horror Eden Lake. Its true horror is in its truth Or, how about something even more visceral, but with a dose of the cerebral? And, So f**king Bleak you'll again be left feeling uncomfortable in your own skin. Ray Winstone? The War Zone. (He Did F**king WHAT?!? ) Or, maybe you really just want a bloody good little film to kick back and settle down with? Nothing to mess with your h
  3. Blackhawk Down, as has just been mentioned? A timeless classic to get the are hole tightening. All those niggers with AK's ....? But, in case it slipped past you? The Kingdom is, in my opinion, the best thing since! Edge of the seat. Arse hole twitching. Spill that lager as you and your mates rage and cheer! Just see what she does with that f**king knife! Prefer your pump action shot guns a bit closer to home? Rise of the Footsoldier is another one I'm for ever taking back down from my shelf. 'You fukkin want some, you kuuuuuuuunts!!!!!'
  4. H&J;I sat here and crafted a big, well linked, reply to your post. The system's f**ked it off completely and the Moddies I've approached have proven worthless. So, I'm now going to try breaking it down. I suspect too many links in one post did it? Forgive me making half a dozen posts here then. It seems the only way. Firstly then: Taken is a given ( ) That, of course, was written by Luc Besson. And he wrote Léon: The Professional. I'm sure you'd say you've seen 'Leon' too? Have you f**k! Unless you've seen The Directors Cut, then you're simply deluding yourself
  5. Okay. Mod's? Are we in some way limited to the number of live links we can put in a single post? Only, I'm trying to reply to Hob & Jill, about films, giving links to each one. And, what ever I try to do, preview it or post it, I just get bounced back to the front page
  6. Nice to see they had the civil decency to credit This Place with providing the material
  7. Heads up, guys! Following on from following this thread, I happened upon the most astonishing thing. I showed this to Millet, yesterday. Don't know why I didn't just think to add it to here. This is one for all of us: Beak Watch! Some absolute belters on there And a way to make use of what we see
  8. Actually; I'm sacked. That's why I've taken over editorship of EDRD. Wanna fight ....? Car park .....
  9. Getting over myxi did it a lot of f**king good, didn't it?
  10. Nice result Birds have a hard enough time of it just now, without being burdened with a beak like JD! They tend to average out at about three years, in the wild, by the way. That's supposing they make it past the first weeks out of the nest. So there's no reason why that one shouldn't be extremely grateful for being given a new lease of life.
  11. I didn't need to know what you " wanted it for! ". I jumped to no conclusions. I'm calmly sitting here, seeing that you simply know shit about Chain Sets. Sorry. But, there it is. You don't know what they should involve. Thus you're prepared to grab at what ever commercial crap is flashed at you. If you had a clue? You'd simply buy the component bits and knock up superb, tailored rigs. Instead, you get all snappy and yappy at a man you don't know from Adam and thrust on about buying bits and pieces. You've already tried two waste of time set ups. Now you'll blindly go for a third?
  12. My 'Boss' was round today. We were just shooting the shit, warming up for the day out. I remembered that comment and said to him: " Hey! You know those 'High Energy' drinks? Red Bull and all that shit? Well, apparently, they have a bit of an effect on the bowels too ....." And, with that, I simply doubled up, clutching my own guts and dissolved into a complete f**king wreck! I was crying with laughter so f**king hard, I could barely breath, let alone repeat that story! You know how it goes, of course. I staggered over to the kettle and cried into the sink as I got another brew
  13. Slingshot82; If you'd even consider putting a Dog on a piece of shit like that? No offence but, may I humbly suggest you forget the whole idea and invest in a proper pen? Seriously. That Is a complete piece of total shit. Dogs die from crap like that. I once made up a complete, photographic guide of how to make a Real 'Chain', for someone on a forum. I believe I still have it. If you'd like to PM me a working addy, I'll dig it out and send it. I make my own. All components bought separately in the high street. For 'select cases', there's a bit you can buy, hand made, from USA.
  14. I'm having a tin of " Lurcher Rescue " brand meatballs tonight. As sponsored by the Arsepca and Peta. Seems they're the Dogs Bollocks!
  15. Sorry, mate. I'd missed that bit, somehow. Magpies. And, in between times, it doubles up as a crow trap.
  16. My Lidl Pony, anyone? I have some burgers in my freezer. Just been to take a sniff of them. And they're off!!!
  17. Fireman; How nice to see there are people out there, as seriously into their birds as you patently are, and who share my simple views I mean; If Elvis and his mates prefer their birds a bit different? Fair play to them. They're not hurting anyone, or the birds. I'm not some sort of 'Anti' either. I absolutely love Modern English Game birds. About as freakishly human engineered as a bird can get. I just prefer my native birds to look as I see them in the wild. Oh, and Elvis ....? No, mate. Gave up ALL smoking years ago. God knows, I could kill for the odd spliff now. But, I ma
  18. :icon_eek: Faaaaaarkk Meeee!!!! That's just breath taking! I saw a Bullie, wild one, just the other day. Marvelled at its beauty. If I saw a white or yellow one? I'd think it was just wrong! £1,000?! Now, if I saw one? I think I'd have a f**king heart attack!
  19. Now that's interesting. I somehow had a hunch the Sibe's would be bigger. I've always noticed how show standards seem to call, first and foremost, for BIG. I just equate big with unnatural. It's just me. But, I like things to be as nature intended. I've never been interested in Showing anything. Hence I don't 'get' the thing with lilac coloured Greenfinches, or what ever. I like mine green The duller colours though? I'd not heard of that before. I'll look into this. And, do I take it this is a naturally occurring phenomena, found in wild birds as well as captive bred birds of the region?
