World leaders need to grow a pair of balls end of, when those who commit crimes such as these are found they should be taken to a place of execution and be dealt with in the same manner as the crimes they committed, and if that makes some of them martyrs so be it, rather a dead martyr than a live murderer. Then do as they do to other criminals, strip them of any assets they have, whether that be a dozen donkeys or a corner shop. Take the lot and leave their direct families with nothing, the message might just strike home.
