    +1 had .243 .270 .308 I now shoot 6.5x55 and cannot see me changing to any other rifle for deer. All the above do the job, I just find the 6.5 is sweeter to shoot and a tadge more accurate when pushed out.

    Depends on were you are in the UK if you're going to use a 22 - 250, also the meat damage will differ from different rounds, as for fast and flat your bang on the money with that

    Mark, I have a Pro sport here I bought off Jimmy, it's in really good condition .22 walnut stock Si Brown fitted a butt plate on for me as well as giving it a polish and tune It's got a Hawke endurance scope on like brand new with the box if need be, I may sell it as I don't use it as yet, if I decide to sell would you like first offer on it?

    200mtrs will cover most FAC rifles from .22 onwards................200mtrs is a long way to be shooting at night,
