    I got given this today at work so I'll give it a whirl this week. I had a quick swig before and I don't think I'll be drinking it all in one night ?

    Yes but not with the topcoat just the normal matting and resin.

    They aren't neoprene lined they're just like a normal welly but the material they're made from is meant to have better insulation than normal. If you are stood around in a swamp your feet get cold.

    They are quite big for the size I found, most folk wear boot socks or a couple of pairs of socks so plenty of room. I just got a pair of the steplite xci to try and they seem OK so far, I don't know if they are warmer or its just not been as cold but they seem warmish so far and I've not had to use the heated socks I bought off ebay yet.

    Top coat done, I'll get it moved into place and meshed next week and move the stinkers into it.

    Does anyone on here know Bill in the flesh? He seemed a knowledgeable bloke and used to make sense mostly but seemed to suddenly go funny, just wondered if he had gone through a hard time or hit the bottle hard or summat? Hope he's ok anyway.

    I heard voltarol but then someone else said it didn't work. Never really bothered me locally either since their nest site was demolished and they moved a bit further into town.

    How did the youngster turn out Katch? I'm tempted to put my other cuban doo to the hen and see what they chuck. The black doo bred 2 whites with the white hen. I want some blues.

    Does he fly them properly or just have them knocking around? Some of them can fly 18 hours i think.

    It looked like it was licking condensation off to me, has the water been switched off or the bog seat down? A bomb would be the best option for that house.

    You could have had some birds there but you want them horrible hook beaked noisy buggers instead ? They'll enjoy eating your new shed.

    Thanks Gaz thats what I needed to know. How much gelcoat for a 7x3 ft area would you say?

    Have you got trickle vents in the windows? You can dry line cold walls with foam backed plasterboard which might help?
