    the bit about kicking stamping standing on things to stop them getting away and tying their legs together doesnt make him look or sound like a genuine hunter. jmho would be interesting to see the vids though to see just how much its been sensationalised or if it was a case of the lad tying the legs after the deer had been killed to make it easier to carry or something like that

    there was a thread on here a while back where lads were naming places they run on the fens and stuff like that its a wet dream to these wildlife crime guys they dont need to leave their nice warm office to catch coursers while the bans in place were all better off keeping what we do quiet if it ever gets lifted well thats a different story flood the boards with pics and stick two fingers up to them but at the moment best keep your heads down and do what you do without attracting too much attention. imagine if there was a forum for burglars where they all posted saying where there was empty hou

    mate theres no point giving any ammo against yourself on these sites its not worth it just for a photo of a dog and a hare keep your days out on a need to know basis. i was reading the other day the operation in lincs have allready arrested 21 lads taken dogs, motors, mobile phones the lot they come on sites like this to gather info stay safe!

    the dogs 2 years old its in its prime dont bother leaving it off this season you wont achieve anything doing that get it out and work it and try your best to slip on stuff it has a good chance of catching to build its confidence and build a good bond with it. if it doesnt work out at least you tried your best and did your bit not every dog can make the grade

    ouch! good on ya for taking them down though could have easily been found by a wrong sort and ended up a news story in the press with the usual lurchermen are all sadistic blood thirsty louts etc etc shame you couldnt have used the meat for the dogs but like you say a spell of hot weather and the flies arent long laying eggs all over it

    why would anyone slate you for being honest? anyone with a brain in their head can see that doing that number of rabbits is going to require a lot of running from the dog and lifting and carrying as well as walking from the owner. well done to you both anyone who has a gripe with your achievement needs to grow the hell up

    just breed off 2 excellent dogs that can do it all day or night i wouldnt put a lamper that hadnt been tested in the day to a dog that could do it day or night, a good dog should be able to do both easy

    makes the genuine lads look bad when the idiots do this if a dogs no good at least take it home and dispose of it humanely instead of leaving it to wander maybe cause an accident

    its a collie thing they are well known for it once the habit starts its very hard to stop cos the dog has it set in its mind what it thinks is worth trying to run and whats not. only thing you can do is give it lots of easy runs but at 4 yrs old its working style is not going to change much

    always handy to have 2 dogs so if one gets injured you have another to run be careful what you buy though theres lots of rubbish out there being peddled for money

    there was a fella selling all 3 on ebay recently mate but i think they were £15 each
