I was on my way home from food shopping earlier when i saw a dog( a shar pei) running up a busy road. i stopped stopped the van and tried to call her in mean while cars were stopping as they saw me, there was nearly accident when some idiot in a hurry tried to over take a car that was slowing down. i could see a police car join the queue of traffic and this was one of the very few times that i was pleased to see the old bill. i explained the situation and he put the lights on and tried to catch the frightened pooch. the dog was a bit skittish to say the least but to my surprise the copper

welcome to the world of hounds my friend. i'd say it can be the most rewarding and exciting way to hunt but be prepared for the fear and heart ache when you can't find a hound after a good day. hounds are very different to other breeds you have to work with them and it takes time to get a good level of control. hounds have been bred for hundreds of years to suit a particular terrain,style or quarry there are many varied breeds that might suite you like some of the smaller modern french hounds,welsh hounds or maybe even a teckel. i must admit i'm a little biased when it comes to b

try and pick something thats second hand and has a dimmer switch on it. you'll be surprised how many more runs you'll get when it's used in the right way.

it's always a pleasure to watch hounds at work. those hounds were going some .fair play thats some difficult country to work hounds in some of those woods were massive.

I once called a breeder of deerhound xs who claims to breed the best bloodlines in England - seriously I was on the phone for two hours getting the verbal shit kicked out of me and after an hour I was wishing for a brain haemorrhage!!! Doubt I have ever heard one man speak as much shit in my life!!! theres a guy like that around my way. there must be a few around the country -
depends how it's bred and how big the parents are.

you've had some good advice there mate. i'd trust nobody when it comes to jabs. unless the breeder can prove it with a card from the vets i wouldn't take any chances.
