  5. interesting read this. from what i've read and seen i won't be getting such a cross anytime soon. WHY THE FORK WOULD ANYONE WANT ONE APART FROM PULLING A SLEDGE A FASTER. i'm not jumping on the band wagon BGH but i'd be ashamed if my dog had step in and taken another dogs kill after the hard work had be done.   9. the ears remind me of my old bitch . so on that and from the body shape i'd say theres collie blood and whippet with a dash of something else more than likely bull but you can't count out the bedlington. the dogs behavior will surely give you an insight to the breeding also.

  13. i do few each year . I normally keep most of it for myself but i do sell a little to close friends. the last lot killed out at around 50kg and i sold them for £75 a half. i can never compete with a supermarket on price but the meat tastes so much better
  14. my 6 dogs are all outside but do come in from time to time. i would like one or two to live in the house but my daughter is only two and as much as i trust them i know what they are capable of .

  16. Well it's the end of the season and all quite on here so i thought i'd take some time to re-minis about a day out hunting with the beagles on Exmoor. A good friend of mine on here invited me along with him to a days hunting on exmoor and i jump at the opportunity . it was an early start i was up at 3.30 a quick cuppa ,loaded the hounds and off i went. it was a long journey down and we had a laugh although P did get a boring towards the end . we arrived to tea and biscuits and on for bacon rolls and to discuss the plans for the day ahead. we met the guns who were a good bunch and new wh
