Thats not true Dilly. You earn your digging retirement and become the 'foreman' on a dig rather than the digger.lol. Like you say it's too addictive for some people and no other hobby gives you the same satisfaction. Plenty of years left in you mate. I prefer them pulling on the lead at an earth by 6 months like a lunatic, iv kept ones before till nearly 2 years old and they've turned into wankers scared of the dark. Just my opinion .

Yes that's the stuff give it a go small amounts, your pancreas secretes insulin when sugars/carbs have been eaten, raw foods have none of it in and will bring the blood sugars down.
