Freeze the birds as they are chopper you dont have to gut them for ferrets mate

I know what you mean the one, my 2 hobs are 5 year old and had ferals & corvids since they were 10 weeks old when i got them, a lot of times straight after theyv been shot and never anything wrong with mine, so i cant see why people say they have to be frozen first
