There all the same I'm thinking of ditching sky ..can't get virgin in my area ...I might just get a hd free view box and with the money I would be saving about quid a month just get a good broadband connection and stream the rest and still be saving 50 squid a month.

I use to watch it.. Phil was a amazing character... Very sad day when he had his stroke and died but I'm not surprised he never had a fag out his mouth... Lived fast and died young.

I would say not as squirrel and rat tend to be of fixed abode so if you have a problem with them they need sorting.. However with birds of the top of my head every effort other than shooting needs to be applied first so it could be argued that baiting birds is actually adding to your pest problem by bringing them in.. Your attracting not deterring.

It baffles me that it's considered crule to let a animal suffer longer than it needs to but a human is expected to cling on to the bitter end.... If there's no hope what's the point of prolonging suffering...everyone should have the option to check out imo

From what I understand baiting of birds with food to shoot is illegal...Put your deeks down near a tree you have a better chance of a shot as they tend to land in the tree to check the deeks out.. Birds that land on the ground tend to suss out the deeks in a couple of seconds not giving you much chance to get a shot of. Atb Kanny
