All these plans for reintroduction of wolves involve fencing off vast swathes of the highlands and barring access to the public. I wonder why rich land owners are so keen on the idea -

Pal of mine got a life time ban (not hunting related) and he's going to be appealing it but his lawyer recommended waiting a year or two after his conviction, easier to argue he's a changed man then. I don't think having the dogs in your Mrs's name will help any, you're not allowed dogs living in the same residence as you, doesn't matter who the registered owner is. I could be wrong though, it's really hard to get any kind of concrete answer on these laws.

nice looking dog mate, the two at the end of our lane are a bit bigger and are a dark brindle with goldie/yellow coloured eyes which really does look mean, they are obviously guard dogs as there is a sign on the gates saying........."do not get out of your car,toot your horn and i will come" pit bulls. You sure they're not Presa Canarios? A lot of them get imported cropped and your description is spot on.Tilly is in Canada. For short crops they're just cut and the tougher scar tissue keeps them upright, for the longer crops they need to be splinted for months after being cut to make them stand right.

There is a strain of Bob tailed Boxer now available. Something I think a lot of people forget is that you need to really flush out puncture wounds, get a syringe without the needle and squirt salt water through it, just washing the surface will do very little to prevent infection.

I don't know about "good earth" being the best flooring to keep a dog on, it leads to splayed feet in my experience and over here it'd be a mudbath for 2/3 of the year It's pea gravel on chainspots and slab bases in kennels for me

What's wrong with cocktails? My love affair with them began back in 2006 when an older gentleman introduced me to the joys of the banana dackery (gay yellow cocktail). Since then I have often enjoyed a strawberry dackery (gay red cocktail). I'm always looking to experience new gay cocktails...But croc hunting does look decent. I'll definitely give it a go! You know if you take away 'tail' in that paragraph it really is quite a funny read...Just to clear up any confusion, I'm on honeymoon with my blonde busty wife. I'm not a homosexual. I think it's sad that our country turned its back on a breed that is the epitome of courage. Instead we look at the British Bulldog has our mascot, I suppose that breed fits perfectly with the way our country is these days....I just think it's sad that they became popular with the general public full stop! Agree with that 100%

I know a lot of old dog men didn't see the point in cropping ears because at the end of the day you'd rather it's opponent was hanging off its ear than another more vital area. I think it's a 100% cosmetic decision.

I spent a few months last year with no dogs in the house and I'll never do it again, it just doesn't feel like home without a mutt getting in the way.
