  1. Yes, I'd say similar to above. . Spend lots of 1-1 time with it, keep it on a lead until your confident, get to know its basic temperament, obedience, behaviour around other animals. . Take it from there. All the best, keep us posted on your progress.
  2. im not 100% sure but i think ray leonard came out of retirement an moved up two weights an beat the greatest middleweight that ever livedYeah, not far off Banter. Leonard came up 2 weights after 3 years out to take a disputed points win over one of the greatest middleweights of them all. . I like Guerrero, but I would compare him to Sugar Ray.i always thought he was robbed but watched it again couple weeks ago im not so sure I've done the same myself, preferred Hagler's come forward no nonsense approach when I was younger, but these days a appreciate the noble art of "hit and don't get hit" a

  4. Mayweather has been campaigning at welterweight since 2006, Guerrero stepped up from lightweight to welterweight only last year, missing out the light welterweight division in search of bigger fights, gotta give it to him. Titles/belts don't mean much anymore and Mayweather has enough of them! Would love for Floyd to grow old over night and Guerrero to give him a good pasting, but just can't see it. Mayweather for a comfortable (not shut out) points win for me.
  5. Would love to see Guerrero do it, can't stick Mayweather as a man, but I think he'll be too big, skilful and fast for the ghost. I think Guerrero will give it all he's got, give it a good go and probably have the right game plan, but not enough fire power to do the job. . He hasn't stopped anyone in his last 5 outings. Regardless whether he is his mandatory challenger, Mayweather doesn't box anyone without his full consent - he doesn't want his 0 to gO!
  6. Carefully picked fight by Mayweather. . Guerrero's good, but not good enough to beat him. It will be an entertaining fight, Guerrero will come to win, but fail. .
  7. I wonder if Audrey gets knocked out in sparring regularly ??? Hmmm . . . Nice guy, but needs to hang um up for good. Khan involved in a good fight, but if he can't deal with Diaz with ease, forget the best. Murray, fancy he could be at the right place at the right time tonight. . Will be tough, but he's the real deal.
  8. I expect Audrey to return to his disappointing ways and I think Khan will be too quick, fast and fit for Diaz. . but if he catches one on the chin, who knows!! :-/
  9. Already a thread going on with this one Jack, have a look.
  10. Personally, I'd keep an eye on her, vets aren't cheap! . .
  11. I'd have him done for trespassing
  12. At 6/8 weeks, impossible to really know what your picking in respect to the final product. . Usuals, go for confidence, big paws and all that. . But for me, avoid the obvious runt (if there is one) take your choice of sex and colour (if important), the rest is luck. . Obviously maximise the potential of that individual pup by good feeding and nurture, the rest is genetics. . That's my thoughts, not worth a great deal. ATB
  13. Should be a cracking fight indeed. . I think Rigondeaux is very slick and skilful customer, but just can't see him living with the younger, taller and stronger Donaire. . With Nonito's punch power and fitness he could force an early or late stoppage, but I think he will out work Guillermo for a comfortable (not easy) points victory. .
  14. Aha, my brother went last year with his girlfriend, he didn't have any agro with her whatsoever, but when up in the mountains he was offered 30 camels for her! A good price I'm told, he should have done it!! That's more than I can say from crossing into Mauritania from Mali, at the check point some officers took a liking to one of the girls of the trip. . They fleeced us out of money and said weren't leaving the checkpoint until morning, needless to say I didn't sleep a wink that night, but all was fine next morning.
  15. Spent 2 weeks in Morocco in 2004. Had a great time, Atlas Mountains, Marrakesh, Fes, some big waterfall place, food is great, people are very nice, sure they want to sell you stuff, but nowhere near as bad as Tunisia from my experience. 4 or 5 friends went after me, all said the same.
  16. I'd guess at about just under 25"tts at the minute. He's handsome, solid looking dog. Take your time with him and I'm sure you will have years of fun ahead with him. Where you based? Do you have any wise men you can get out with? Or lurcher books? Keep us posted on his progress
  17. Cracking looking pup SK, I'd leave him off the "big bunny" for a bit longer yet though, could ruin the dog. What sort of size is he? Atb
  18. Ah I see! Well, you never know, I could well be haha The trouble with born-again Christians is that they're an even bigger pain in the ar5e than they were when you first knew them ! Haha, heard that said before! Some do lose the plot, I'll give you that!

  20. Quite right Born Hunter. But I'm not inclined to be swayed by the majority, after all the majority once thought the world was flat. . There are some heavyweight scientists who reject the Big Bang theory. Essentially, I must believe what makes sense to me. True, but you could hardly call the majority back then scientists................. We follow a different set of principles these days. I know of a few of the hypotheses competing with the current big bang one and most of them follow a very similar line of thought, not many are radically different and taken seriously. As with all sci

  22. I'd have to ask you what you meant by that term before I answered marshman. . Am I a happy, clappy looney toon? Afraid not, though I have been called Elmer Fudd on a couple of occasions
  23. It wasn't embraced, it was recognised after being proven by scientific facts, unlike a story from a book that if anyone else wrote they'd be locked up for being a fecking loony... It was embraced. Proven by scientific facts? You'd have to name a few, I'm not aware of any. It's a theory, that's been so well publicised and promoted by media and propaganda that the large majority of society has accepted as a fact and scientific, it simply isn't. Facts cannot be denied and science is observational and operational. I'm well learned on the subject amigo and always willing to share my thoughts with
  24. I am just wondering what your defenition of evolution is? TC By evolution, I mean macroevolution i.e. the idea popularised by Darwin that there was a big bang at some point in the past, that some how gave rise to life so on and so on and eventually we evolved from apes and here we are having a discussion on an internet forum. . I personally (after a lot of research) think that the idea is absurd. I believe in microevolution, which essentially is genetic variation within a species e.g. changing in dogs, birds so on. . That’s fine by me. ATB
