  1. Don't know if I've read you right but its either 5/8grey 1/4 saluki 1/8 whippet, or 13/16 grey 1/8 saluki 1/16 . Depending on how I've read it.
  2. Majority of hunters aren't on this site so its highly unlikely someone on here knows about the poor fellas dog.
  3. people have been done before with buyers turning up and reporting them because of no papers. Vets never do a good job, unfortunately.
  4. He's took the pics down, he must be on this site haha
  5. Delivery man from takeaway won't come to the door if he can see the WHIPPET behind me lol. He starts to shake violently haha. Sometimes I wanna say 'GETIM'

  7. It's all about timing and knowing were abouts your game will be. Some people can't think of obvious places that they ain't checked in a while.
  8. thanks, is it not a good idea to take nets just to get her used to a rabbit bolting first or... im just new to the rabbiting with a dog so any advice is much appreciated cheersuse nets, the dog doesn't want a chase it wants its prey. Let it get a feel of a live struggling rabbit. I find they bolt too quick without nets and on most earths will run down the hedgeline and not into or across the field
  9. When did you start running her, if you have pushed her too hard (which is easy to do) you might have put her off, as 12 month is still young.
  10. When the weather is shit so nobody is about.
  11. the dog wouldnt be good if it couldn't l no some were your dogs or dog would not kill any time of the year and l will put money on it didn't say they would. A whippet isn't ideal for coursing is it.
  12. Couldn't of ran many hares on both field and fen with those comments. Absolute balls, yes some types run faster then others but location doesn't really make the dog. I'd expect it to kill everywhere I took itI might not have ran as much hare as some but round here a big saluki fen dog would struggle on small pissy fields where they Don't have time to get in there stride.
  13. A good fen dog will get pissed all over on small fields. But if you keep runnin em on it I'm sure theyd adapt to it. Every hare is different like every person is.
  14. I don't understand how someone can't stop a dog chasing sheep. You must be genuinely pathetic and not fit for a dog if you can't.
  15. Usually the fields withe loads of em are hard work because the dog never picks the right one haha
  16. Wolves have twice the bite power of a gsd. Wouldn't like to be on the receiving end of that.
  17. DOG on lead in one hand, thumb stick in other. Walk through a load of em and everytime it looks at one give it a tap.
