well said. these big betting games with well known dogs and owners that brag that they kill every hare, are the side of coursing that is in the spotlight. And all that pissing about in big groups is what fucks it up for everyone. if everyone stuck to 2 or 3 lads on a day out , an didnt bother with silly betting events that fill a field full of ppl, i wouldnt be surprised if coursing hare was still legal like hunting rabbit.

13 hares... Thats ott. Organised bettin is what fucks it up. If everyone did it as, one man and his dog, no attention would be drawn. Big crowds walking across a field isnt really a good image.

That picture is during training inside a gym not in the local pub or restaurant what do you want people to train in whooly jumpers and denims ?....Freedom of movement is more important than fashionable clothing...........Ive never hung around in rooms with lots of mirrors,i go in the gym,train and get out......Some folk seem to have very steroetyped attitudes to certain things.....funny that,when the boots on the other foot and people steroetype hunters as evil nasty scum those same people start moaning about being sterotyped ....human natures a funny thing sometimes. ye you get the odd dick

Why? Thought i heard it all. All you really do with a running dog is run it. And it will slowly grow into its natural build. Any bigger is excess weight imo.

this time of year it will more than likely be a fox with cubs. if so you will never get them cubs at this time of year. if it aint that its a billy. but if youve let your dog have a good sniff down it, whatever is in it would have probably moved on.

Making them them more expensive wont do fuckall apart from bring even more muppets into the game..... i disagree. if you have to save up for a pup, 'muppets' wont be buying em n gettin rid all the time. you would work with what youve got and make sure you dont ruin the dog. The only people that usually have to save up for pups are kids, and they usually keep there dogs for as long as possible and they are usually out with them all the time, its the ones that have got money to burn that go through dog after dog, there always changing for the next best thing.
