  12. Well its been a poor start to the season as my wee collie cross has had a shoulder injury after a collision in August. He has been lead bound for eight weeks under vets guidance. Well i decided to give him a few runs and a bit of hammer. He ran ok considering, here,s a pic of a few nights out running back to back. My collie cross on right and my mates dog on left Cheers Atb
  13. Good stuff D, least you was out and the dogs caught atb
  14. Had a border/beardy collie cross in the early 90,s ( A few pics below ). A good honest dog that took everything, i could not have asked for a dog to do any better and was a honest grafter. The only genuine beardy one i seen was a straight half cross and was owned by the old EDRD writer marc h glenn and the dog was often wrote about and was called danny. I watched it work in the old NLRC field trials and from what i can remember was a decent very steady dog. Cheers Atb
  15. I like the odd wander for one for the pot at dusk, my own dog will walk to heel off lead while i take a shot then go fetch the birds. Although having said that last season we was out and trying to show my mates pup the game and he is quite a dominant dog and it seemed to put my own dog off a bit. But i will dust the guns off soon and when the leaves have dropped a bit more near me i will try him on his own again. I do like a dog to take feather as it is another string to there bow. Here is a couple of pics and the last one being my mate,s pup Cheers Atb
  16. Nice to be high up and out and about weasle, nice looking runners how they bred Cheers atb
  17. I think the smile on your lads face, says it all lofti Atb
