    My cousin Seamus who also recently passed away bought a cracking Russell dog called Grip of Seamus Erwin around 91... Seamus Erwin loved to bolt foxes quickly and shoot them for there pelts he was very good at his job.. Grip was dug to every fox and like his name sake was in grips...that's how my cousin got him... A true country man and lived for the countryside.... R.I.P.

    Forgot to add the pics On the left a thought out mating by the man who knows his line inside out....     Got asked by the council to clear rabbits off the local cemetery...2 other pest control companies walked away from... the 2 other companies offered the same advice...snares drop boxes... I walked around a wee bit with head groundsman... they were chewing all new floors shrubs and young trees quite a few rabbits to be fair...     OK fella .... just re read back that in your own head and let it sink in... First off a great stockman wouldn't let that happen.... as in he would have given the dog the outlet to prove his worth and linage... he may have eaten dog bowls and water dishes but they don't weld back... for up to 30 minutes at a time.     Young dog who's only had 3 digs... we had a head scratcher last week with the young dog as he found and was working but we didn't end up with the result l... He was dead on Sunday morning found and worked well and a result.... He still very young so time will tell.

    Last day of the season for us today left the house 8 and back for 12.30 didn't do nowhere near as much this year due to a whole range of different circumstances but any day out was quality. Next 2 weeks with hounds then chill...
