what time does the show start? -
theres a wood just down the road from my place and a few years ago you would see a pair of buzzards there, now its not uncommon to see half a dozen birds there at the same time in that area. the red kites have been on the radar too for the last 4 years aswell.

just as many if not more red kites too. theres not as many red kites round my area, but they are about.

there is a large number of buzzards about these days, i dont think its a bad idea at all to control the numbers a little.

my old dog had severe diarrhoea about 2 months ago. i took him to my vet who gave me some tablets for 6 quid and advised not to feed for 72 hours, then just to give him a light meal of scrabbled eggs and see how he was. i know starving them just dont seem right but it has to be done sometimes. my dog has been fine since then.

imo they can be some cracking little dogs, on accassions they can be a little heads strong but no dogs perfect

she might make 24, but personally i dont think theres alot of growing left in her going by the age.

Remember what happened to Rudie, he went into shock thats got to be unlucky to have that happen to a dog. i wouldnt like to attempt to guess what the odds would be of that happing.

i usally feed about 5 or 6 hours before going out. but my young dog seems to need to be fed 8 or 10 hours before.

personally i think its important to look at the mother as i tend to think that most of the pups inherit her personality and guts alot of the time and they also get some shape from her aswell. imo if you put a greyhound dog over a alsation bitch i have noticed the pups seem to have a squarer head similar to the bitch. if the greyhound is the mother the pups seem to have the slender more racier head of the greyhound bitch. i would say the size follows the mother to a extent aswell, a greyhound over a bull bitch throws alot of pups nearer to the bulls size and stamp (heavier build) where

hes a bright little dog. fairplay to the girl and pudsey they done well.

imo a pup grows at its fastest for the first 6 months and by then has done a large portion of its growing. from 6 months up until 12 months the dog can/will still grow in height. how much depends on the breed and size of the dog. then generally it fills out a touch and matures upto 24months. mental maturity does vary in different breeds.

She is 22in Trigger and slowing down me think's.. good luck with her, sound as though shes doing o.k at the moement. looking forward to hearing/seeing how she turns out. she will be plenty big enough to put the bunnies away by the time shes stopped growing. atb trigger
