  1. That's sounds horrendous, but you've got to do whats best for the dog at the end of the day.
  2. Nice catch mate, it's that mild down here at the minute there's even daffodils out..
  3. Interesting question, i've never bred a litter of pups yet!! so the replies will be interesting...
  4. The best of the best is always the dog you take home at the end of a day imo., and always will be.
  5. Mag box is a deffo for me, out of all the products on the market for dogs these days a mag box is what i've been most impressed with and wouldn't be with out,.. sounds like your doing everything right.. if mines run hard one day, i'll cut down their running on the second day, because you can see the older ones are holding old injuries and not running on all 4 cylinders., it's common sense really imo.
  6. God what an ordeal for you and the dog, sometimes the nicest of walks can turn into a bloody nightmare, believe me i know where your coming from when you say your on your own out there,.....I often wonder what would happen if i ever got seriously injured when i'm out, I hate mobile phones as most people that know me will tell ya, but it's always with me for cases of emergencies, your dog might be a bit sore later thou so keep an eye on him.
  7. Run the foot under cold water, see if you can get the toe straight, or looking normal if you get what i mean, apply some bone radiol (bone embrocation) to the toe with a toothbrush, place some cotton wool between the broken toe and the good ones, strap together with vet wrap, give a pain killer or anti inflammatory and rest the dog up,... broken toes are a pain in any dog but it doesn't stop them carrying on a normal life after wards. some might do it differently, but it works for me and mine...
  8. Hope you get um back mate, and the scum bags that took um.
  9. Bloody classic.
  10. Not long got back with the dogs, the worse Christmas eve i've ever had, had me tonsils out this week so NO roast dinner for me, I feel like shit, but i was determined to take me dogs out like i always do, the other half Steve came with me because i'm not up to driving again yet quite funny really to see the dogs taking NO notice at all at his commands i don't think he really knows just how far, or what we get up to when me and the mutts are out. well today he found out when the four of them had yet another bloody day time fox, only a small vixen, but nailed all the same by my trusted

  12. They wouldn't of pulled you if you all had poodles on leads, tell the wankers to go stuff a turkey or something, f*****g jobs worth.

  14. We use to get a lot of smelt in the nets when sand eeling, but although they look a fantastic bait i never really had any joy with them, I see an old bloke regularly on my walks with the dogs who's always fishing for smelt, for bass fishing, but he's never said if his trips are very productive or not.. (i guess they must be or he wouldn't keep fishing for um) greats pictures mate.
  15. Lets see the picture then!!! Di if I put a picture of myself on here , there would be some soggy saddlebags . best not put your mug up then mate.
