i dont feel any different King. i get blood tests every 3 month due to a drug i take can wreck my liver so they keep a close check on me. it flagged up after one of these blood tests that i had low vit D. i wouldn't have known as i didnt feel anything was wrong and still feel no different after taking it for 2 or so years now.

im prescribed it from doctor and take it every day. i have now for a few years and dont notice any difference. most people get enough vit D from daylight i believe. low vit D can mess up your bone density and lead to osteoporosis i was told.

like most our taste changes over the years. i used to drink whisky pretty regularly but now i mostly drink bourbon and love a nice pint of a good bitter, stout ,mild, ipa. yes i just love a drink. i like making it too.?

was watching on a program this morning as J.R. Mogg explained that as she just has british nationality, legally she will be let back in. if she held dual nationality they had grounds then to refuse her. personally i say we should leave her were she is and let her reap what she sowed! nothing good will come from this

my lads just spent 5 days n nights on there. he said its was a bit grueling. 5 miles here n there was a tad tough in the conditions.

my lad has one of them from screwfix. £50 notes or thereabouts. ive cut lots of timber up with it. i was very surprised how well it cuts.

not one for going out much now and certainly not on a NYE. too many wankers coked out their heads for me. night in with a few beers and Jools Holland on tv to see me into the new year
