  3. I thought they may be some type of connection due to the collie, I ran against one of daves kelpie greyhounds at chatsworth in the advanced obedience the dog was a big choclate dog and was of a very nice stamp and of a very good nature to me and other dogs im suprised to here of the aggressive side of these dogs we used come into contact with dave slight a fair bit in the 90's and the lads i hunted with put kelpie into spaniels and all sorts at that time, i was never fond of the kelpie whippets tho but horses for courses ect, since then ive seen a few kelpie crosses dave a mate of posties h

  6. There is a breeder in england that breed import lines (kimmax), or can have pups imported out of drathaar blodlines, All there dogs carry the same blood its just because of the strict restrictions they carn't call them drathaar I must admitt i was very impressed with what ive read about them lately i have a keeper friend who has one, great looking thing im suprised i dont see more of them on the shoot as we often get the germans over
  7. The dog I mentioned is martins dog, like I said heard it second hand its a good dog, But if martin has told you first hand what the man says will be 100% and no bull I have no doubt in my mind that dog will have come across work, and if it couldn't do its job he would have no worries saying so, martin has allways had the next best thing wether it be dogs guns or clothing He will try it and give a honest opinion he is one of the best dog men in our area and has walked the walk as a dogman I have alot of respect for him!
  8. The airdale in our dogs come from ian in scotland too, daniel 123 does your mate martin own a lucas terrier by any chance?
  9. Theres a guy local to me who hunts a pure airdale and ive heard it second hand that its fair, this is also from the import stuff We have been hunting airdale crossed lurchers for the past eight or so years and i have one at the moment thats got just a shot in but you can tell its there the airdale seems to give a very tough element to running dogs (hardy) and a great nose with a very positive mark and willingness to enter bramble to flush game atb 2.8

If you want to search if your idea has already been thunk of you can do a search on the espace site using key words of your idea, it was very interesting they is some great designs on there The company kill germ is only up the road from me and they
  12. Yes your on the right line of thought however carnt disclose anything at the moment, had a meeting with a patent atorny Monday he advised me to make a primarily application get a pat number before speaking to any third parties but that would be UK based only initially the cost of the world wide patents are expensive as the atorny is 140 pounds per hour My lap tops packed in so borrowed this tablet thing but I'll be on more regular soon at 2.8

Well i got the j clip pliers from 14 acre a few weeks since and set to work in the back yard knocking up a few trap, The first one i made was a mink trap out of some inch by inch, i found the clips easy to form and had a good strong grip The next idea was some larger traps using old fencing i was limited to 4 foot in length but got them 20 inches tall 18 inches wide I set about making them using a drop down hinged door the first traps door was made from some strong plastic stuff they make silo's from very strong and i thought the captee wont be able to pull it open the next trap i u

Thanks for the replies, i was reading a idea of chemically nutering the greys not sure how they would achieve this, they seem to be quite alot of red support groups out there and a keeper friend who deals alot with natural england and the like on a regular basis says that looking out for the red seems to be the buzz word at the min Keep up the good work atb 2.8

Hi dean, you want to dip that woman of yours in gold you got my number a chance to catch up would be great, As for selling a copy its on vhs so would be a load of hassle before i even gave the copying rights a thought, I will say this the single handed forley video cost £35 and back then i was on a yts at £27.50 a week I had to laugh tho as some of the courses was a bit like watching paint dry, one dogs running for a fair bit then the owner says it will settle down in a minute, not like the running today lol
