    I always put cheap collars on the pups from poundland lol from about 8 weeks old, so as they are used to having something round their neck, and then like millet, just take them out with another dog when they are old enough. Some dogs take to the lead straight away, others take abit of gentle persuasion, but they soon learn ,just be patient.

    Yes matey they are 5 month old today the 1st March...I just let them do their own thing Byron,they get a lot of mileage just at walking pace and they are hardly ever on a leash and if they want to have a run then they do so..all our dogs have been brought up the same...my dogs more than likely wont start proper work until 13/14 months old but upto then they will be out and about each and every day just growing up really and being puppies....hopefully as they mature and get ready for work all the education to the countryside,groundwork (jumping,recall,stock breaking,retrieving) etc that they wi
