    Head strong means, they've got a mind of their own, and need firm handling. Mine was head strong, but she's settled down now at 14months, she's a very quick learner and eager to please, but I've had to have a lot of patience to get her to where she is

    Put abit of Antiseptic wound powder (Sterzac) on,that normally helps dry up wounds,and sometimes stops them from licking.
