  1. I'm looking for these rifles in any condition, very old or newish. Also parts as well doesn't have to be a complete gun as i'm going to start restoring them. Cash waiting.
  2. No wonder your very pleased with it, STUNNING!!!......
  3. Too far to meet mate, i'm in the North East. Pity as i love hw80s. Atb Chris.
  4. What sort of fly fishing gear you after? Whats the condition of the rifles? Where in Bonny Scotland roughly incase we can meet? Regards CW.
  5. Sorry to jump on your thread. Got a faulty 6-18x50 banner i bought from someone on here, i paid 70 quid for it and it has a lovely clear picture, pity they forgot to tell me that it doesn't zero owing to the windage turret spindle being faulty. I'd like to get it repaired as its a good solid scope and i'd like to use it on my hmr. Anyone know who repairs these things? Chris. P.S. i could sell you an almost new 6x18x50 bushnell trophy XLT. Nearly the same scope with great dusk and dawn capability. Bought it for 200 quid last year and would give it away for 120 quid.
  6. Yeah simple, follow the instructions here on the disassembly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qm1zFkS3Zts. Sorry for going on about being carefull with the edges of the tin but i've given myself some pretty bad gashes doing this. Next take your empty tin and cut the top and bottom off. I use a junior hacksaw cutting slowly and gently. Cut up along the seam with tin snips to give you a curve rectangle of tin. Measure the depth of the piston tube and mark this onto the length of the tin then cut the whole tin to this length. Next bit is trial and error as i've done this 3 times now and bee
  7. I've got the original sleeve and a wd40 tin in mines and its shooting great. Thinking of getting a V-glide fitted though, been out with the rimfire alot lately and can't miss within 70 yards, much prefer the challenge from my springer. Been practicing the artillary hold and its improving my shooting instead of trying to hug my gun to bits. Its shooting about 22 ft/lbs, zeroed at 30 yards and been knocking the centres out of targets lately, really chuffed with it. CW.
  8. Ok i can take a hint the guns going to be locked up and forgotten about. Time to start saving for an Ultra.
  9. Ok, no one wants to swap, so 200 quid plus postage cheers. Atb Chris.
  10. Hi here is my Titan .177 PCP for swap with a BSA ultra multi shot for my young son. I'm quite happy to negotiate depending on the age and condition of the Ultra. This rifle shoots mega tight groups and is in great condition for its age. Beautiful stock and holds pressure with no problems whatsoever. Atb Chris
  11. This is my Titan i'm about to put on the classifieds. Ultra here we come. Atb CW.
  12. Good point nasher thanks, i'll get some pics on as its in great condition with a beautiful walnut stock. Shoots really well and keeps pressure with no problems. Was putting pellets ontop of each other with it at 25 yards yesterday but can't afford to keep it. Atb Chris.
  13. Hi folks, Yeah i'm sold on the Ultra, i'll have to sell some stuff first though. Anyone want an Titan PCP with a Bushnell Banner night and day scope for 200 quid. Great condition. Cheers for the heads up guys. Chris.
  14. Got a Titan .177 PCP with a Bushnell Banner scope for swap if your interested? Great condition and extremely accurate. Was going to be selling this for about the 300 mark soon. Regards Chris.
  15. Incidently my 2 sons hunt along side me with air rifles, the oldest is 12 and i let him shoot an old .177 Titan pcp thats extremely accurate. The youngest gets a go at paper targets for now but will soon be practising with a BSA Ultra as soon as i get my hands on one. The thought of the 3 of us out and about keeps a smile on my face during the working days. Regards Chris.
  16. Cheers guys, Yep Si, thats a great looking rifle, i forgot you showed it on the dvd. I'll be investing on one shortly. Can't wait to see his face when i get it. Cheers Chris.
  17. Right folks i've decided to sell my old .177 Titan PCP which is still in tip top condition and working order. I'm looking to but a small light weight multi shot .22 for my 6 year old son to shoot rabbits along with me on my perms. He loves being out and about with me but is frustrated as my hw80 is just no use and i'd like a multi shot so that he gets an optimum chance at a bunny or two. Ideally i'd prefer to stay full power as my older son enjoys a bit of vermin control too. Any suggestions on a small multi shot that they could use out in the field. The rifle would be locked in my gun ca
  18. Sod that washing pellet stuff, wish i had the time. Lots of 30 yard rabbits with H&N's straight from the tin, each to their own though.
  19. I'll take the tent if you can sell it on its own? CW.
  20. I've also read that PF20 stands for the post office box number for Weihrauch?
  21. Lr's tend to be a bit safer to buy second hand as the barrels don't wear out with use due to the fact that its an all lead bullet being squirted from it. I've seen bent barrels though. We pays our moneys and take our chances.
  22. http://www.guntrader.co.uk/ Have a look in here, there's plenty to choose from. I bought a BRNO mod 2 for 50 quid then stuck a Bushnell legend 5-15x40 on it. I can drill slugs on top of each other at 60 yards ( my zero.) Shoots bunnies in the heed to 80yards no sweat. Good luck CW.
