  2. Seen them for sale recently... Had same idea myself but couldn't afford to do it
  3. Any pics of the types of work he does so folk will know what to look for at upcoming events
  4. If for whatever reason it was not quite suitable/palateable for human consumption my dogs would eat royally for a couple weeks I never ever throw away edible quarry.
  5. main reason I cut it out of tea and coffee was the fact I drink so much it worked out the equivalent of 800g of sugar a month just from the milk I used to put in my tea!! I haven't cut it out all together. We get the almond/hazelnut milk for my little girl. Hazelnut milk is well nice! Im only supposed to have 2 cups a day now... I used to have at least 10cups or more
  6. hell no im not going down that route, ive cut back on dairy and grain based products but wont be giving them up altogether...
  7. Fyi almond milk is disgusting... Tried it when I was on one of my super healthy diets... Yuk... Soya milk just as disgusting, same with tofu and all that other vegan shit including quorn
  8. I dont think I will ever return to england now to live... This p.c bullshit is beyond belief
  9. I also would like to get a copy of penny taylors book on running dog injuries... Cant think of the name of the book but you know the one I mean... Edited... Running dog maintenance
  10. Books wanted on the following subjects: Dont have to be in perfect order, dont care if they are new or old or slightly chewed (slightly means that) as long as I can still read them ugly is as ugly does Foraging the hedgerows Edible fungi Edible seaweeds Traps and snares Cockfighting Longnetting Survivalism healing herbs
  11. What if a dog walker found it!! ? rubbish bin, really? suppose a deep burial would be an option. what about having a big fire and sticking it on. Do not try burning it..... ive burned a carcass or 2 for disease control reasons it is much easier to bury it, even quicker again to leave the carcass in the forestry away from dog walking spots naturally
  12. Nice stinkers mate, exactly what I would pick for myself, couple of albinos
  13. what a load of wankers, thank f**k for old school farm vets
  14. Starting to eat veg out of my garden now... Carrots of all shapes and sizes (i dont care what they look like as long as they taste nice) and peas... Broad beans will be ready very soon and cant wait for my spuds Why do folk make so much fuss over straight carrots? Its all grub at the end of the day and if I really cared about eating boring uniform vegetables i wouldnt bother with a veg patch id just go to the supermarket. Anyone else find themselves eating the veg straight from the ground and eating raw peas?? Instead of bringing it down to the kitchen lol
  15. Every evening for past few days we have had thunder, lightening and full on monsoon style rain and to piss me off even more I hurt my bloody ankle today lol
  16. No longer have any work for my homebred collie bitch but dont really think a section for it is necessary... Living off the land pretty much covers that area and is underused as it is
  17. The reason that appeals to me is because it wasnt long ago I was considering purchasing a derelict farmhouse on 1.25 acres of land and planning to buy a couple anti vandal office containers to convert into a home... Might be a mad idea to some folk but it would have suited me grand
