  1. 1/4 Grey, mate Cheers. So it's not a whippet then You're correct, 'Von..... it's a "Non-Ped Racing Whippet"; registered with the British Whippet Racing Association. As I keep repeating; I'm a fan of both Ped and Non-Ped Whippets,and have seen both types work and race. I have never seen Boo run, but only heard good things about him ! Cheers. A question for you Chart as you,ve raised my interest and I know feckall about peds/non peds etc but can you register a 1st x grey/whip with the bwra ?

  12. certainly a lot more whippet/whippet type threads on here lately, maybe a sign of the times with the current climate and maybe the way forward, whether its a good thing for the breed I would say yes, I reckon if theres more folk working them then it may produce a bigger gene pool of decent working stuff, I,ve had bigger dogs in the past but I now have a wee whippet type that has pleasantly surprised me with her attitude, capabilitys and hardiness, personaly I think I,ll be sticking to the wee dogs in the future, atb

  15. this is a pic from up my way from 23 yrs ago, as you can see the collie types are prodominent, use lot must,ve been away ahead of us lol and just to add incase anyones getting the wrong idea, I,ve only been to about 6 shows in the last 20 + yrs, atb

  17. You,re a lucky man bob, last time I seen one was 30yrs ago, I went back to the same place a couple of weeks ago and the estate owner said the last one was spotted about 6 yrs ago unfortunately, trapped and dispatched grey squirrel count for this year was 62, little bxstxxds
  18. all cracking but that top one is an absolute beauty i preffer mine 2 bits of 1/4 ply 2 bits of red plastic and 3 6mm nuts and bolts, oh im cheep if you had to pick one, which ?
