  1. Think you only get insurance to £100 and if you are giving false info on contents that will be void anyway and you might be braking the law as well, not been able to find what the law actuallty states on this, think you are supposed to sell face to face then you know buyer is over 18.
  2. its never dull on here, you lads certainly like winding each other up lol, ATB
  3. Thank you mate, that is handy for my hand pump. ATB.
  4. Hi, could anyone tell me please if the filling probe for the 110k is the same as the 100k, thank you.
  5. If they did a 100 the same size and weight that would be great, had hold of a 110k the other day much better weight and size and balance than the 100k, well for me anyway. I am going to have one, just what i have been looking for. ATB.
  6. No not really Mark, probably sell the sport sometime, the 95 is in much better condition. I might keep the 95 yet, if it isn't worth to much i would rather keep it. It is nice to shoot, Just think 4 is to many for me. If i keep a springer it will definitely be the 95.
  7. Just wondering if anyone has any idea how much my gun could be worth please. I bought it from Sandwell Field sports new in September 15, be lucky if it has fired a tin of pellets. Only thinking of selling it to fund a HW110K. It is beech stock, and was tuned, not sure to what degree, cost me £407, shoots well with a crisp thud. It has not got a mark on it as far as i can see. Be just the gun, no scope. I don't really want to part with it but also have a HW100KS and a Feinwerkbau sport and i dont need loads of guns. Thank you.
  8. Called in the gun shop today, had a look at the hw110k and ultra se. I think i probably go for 110k in 177.
  9. I used a 23" Mike Brown bred whippet on my 18" beddy whippet bitch, pups turned out from 20 1/2 to 22 1/2, all the ones i know of turned out to be decent working dogs, Saying that a good non ped would be every bit as goodi think and i believe slightly lighter framed and faster, when i think of non ped i mean non pedigree racing whippet many of which have diluted greyhound in the breeding.
  10. Thank you mate, what chance do you think they may do a walnut or laminated stock in time. Its doing my nut this gun crack, i have the 100ks which i like apart from the front heavy thing, have a mint sfs tuned hw90 and a old 127sport i think it is. In time 2 guns will do me, i want one for day and one for night, have a home made add on but in time might put a proper nv scope on. I was thinking about getting a lighter one for my day gun and setting the 100 up for night time, not really wanting to sell the other 2 but how many guns do you want. If the 100 was a little lighter for a day gun i woul
  11. Nice, very interesting how far you lads go with the stocks, you have a passion for doing a job right.
  12. Oh thanks, that has me more interested now. Going to have have a look at the 110k, is the stock synthetic with a soft top on it. thank you.
  13. that is my idea as well, i use my rabbits myself, for me, dogs and ferrets and i give a few to friends.
  14. Interested in this k version, be interesting to read your opinions when you get some time with it.
  15. Might be but i dont think i fancy a tdr. thanks for the info though mate. I looked at the A&M cylinder, they are kind of expensive, some say do it, some say dont, my heads going to be smashed up before i decide.
  16. Think i will try a new cylinder, i agree it is more of a balance issue than weight. Also going to have a look at a ultra se 177. If i got the ultra i wont be selling the 100.
  17. Aye he has a decent nose, just getting to grips with his marking, he is a very subtle marker, nice and steady running sets, will hold a rabbit in the purse net or quick set but when rabbit bolts if I say leave it he doesn’t touch it, only thing I am struggling with is retrieving. He was retrieving not to bad but is going backwards in that department. Very soft mouthed. Just need to get his retrieving better and more hunting experience. He was only 2 in August, I am not to concerned about his retrieving just yet, he is still very puppyish. I like him that’s the main thing, Got loads of time to
  18. Yes he has mate, just been taking him out solo ferreting, very biddable and easy to handle dog with a fantastic temperament. Different people require different standards but i am more than happy with him, i have had dogs of my own for 40yrs and worked other peoples before that, i have had some i have had a great bond with but none like this young fella. Ive found with him to take things slowly and it sinks in no bother.
  19. sire, collie greyhound dam mally greyhound
  20. Was it a weight issue with you mate or balance or both, i think my 100ks is front heavy, very accurate and well made though and a good mag system
  21. Yes i think the ultra seems to interest me most, thank you.
  22. Was talking to a lad who had one of these today, he said it was light accurate but the magazine was crap and kept jamming up, said he sold it for that reason.
