  1. Great going their MC, tidy rabbits, its good craic alright, well done to ye.
  2. Yes, they went to africa, where the game is totally wild.
  3. dont what to put his name on here pal but he lives in a place called ballina, do you no it pal? know it very well, a lot of dog dealers their, the amount of saluki crosses that get dumped and abused their is unreal!! At one time, years ago, it was a grand town, with some decent dog men, now its all drugs and knackers!! It got so bad on the council estates, that keeping dogs is not allowed anymore, what so ever!! The local dog warden, is out to get any dog going, that is not on the lead, or has a permit, he is a dog killer and enjoys it!! I hope your mate, is the decent sort. !
  4. The clip below is better as they are totally wild and not dropped.
  5. well, got a kennel from this firm below, he was very helpfull, more so than the other link i put up. They are rust proof as well apparently. if you read the testimonials in the link from folk who have got them, sounds good, meant to be very warm. http://www.steelgardensheds.ie/dog-kennels-pens.html
  6. Thanks, comments like these make it worthwhile videoing and makes us want to get more footage up. Keep up the good work lads, that was good craic watching that.
  7. cheers fazza. only problem is, one of my dogs, will not just chew at the corners, but start at the door, side ect"! i think i need a strong wooden kennel, prehaps? anyone else have the kennels above in the link?
  8. Thanks. so they rust? it says their maintanance free? But if it rusts, it kind of puts me off? What is better then these ? wood is no good to me, as dog eats it up...!
  9. well lads, any of ye have these kennels below? what you think of them? they look good? http://www.donedeal.ie/for-sale/petaccessories/1105638
  10. Lads, great going, ye did well, i left school at 16, to go ferreting
  11. Just like to say SM, experience is far more important, than what is written in a book, or on the net. Read to much and you go mad, talking to dog men that have been in the game years, know more than whats written by some scientist.! Real life is far different SM, so get out their and get some experience, and get them glasses off and get the hands dirty and dogs wet,,, Good luck
  12. She sounds a good one MC, she did well, great mooch alright, their great eating as well, love them in a cassarole.
  13. Because everything else i used, did not work, including water! Recharged does a very good job in my opinion and experience!
  14. Love to move over their, but, have you seen the spiders they have and the numbers of them?
  15. Grand strong big pups, best of luck with them.
  16. Ah I know where ur coming from, the point I am making is that we are not always the first person on a bit of land, weather we have access or not, I got access to some land in slane and was told that nobody is lamping it, met tons of lads on it since,,lol,,, anyhow would love to meet up with ya and do a bit of red hunting soon, on your land of course,,lol,, yeah no bother John i still have plenty of other spot's that arn't destroied by fools that only lamp when it's not to wet or windy out even thou we did'nt come across much that night we still got this fella and a couple of rabbits
  17. In the passed, i found by using recharge (dog electrolyte) before running hard and after, it stops this happening. Also, a dog needs to be very fit, to run hard as explained about, with a very good diet. Taking a dog out that is not a 100% fit, on strong quarry, or a hard nights lamping, is asking for this to happen! I have a lurcher bitch, 3 years ago, she ran a hare to a stand still and got Coursing thirst, she was saved by recharge at the time. I could not get this electrolyte again, so used liquid life aid, recommended to me by a greyhound man, but later found out, this was not suitabl

  19. Yes mate they are both in the Don dog but alas they are both in Venus too lol..he's one ugly mother mate but the b***ard is mad keen, last night alone he ran full pelt into a Stile,a fallen down tree, into a ditch, over a river bank and into the stones/rocks and even his last kill we thought he had impaled himself in some kind of "wire/metal" laying in a hedge bottom but after 10 seconds or so he freed himself from whatever he was stuck amongst and just come back with rabbit in mouth although with a limp,30 seconds later and he's right as rain lol..tough as nails, never even makes a murmur..just r
