    isnt the saluki purpose bred for that task . when for the last four thousand years they been used for killing wolves etc .if you research on the internet theres loads of footage of them doing it as well . i keep pures and hybrids and trust me .and people who know me will say the same if they didnt do as it says on the label.they wouldnt be here with me . think you will find that them dogs killing wolves are not salukis they are salouies or somthink similar nothing like a saluki there much thicker set, bigger heads and look huge. i no which footage your talking about seen it before its good

    said it before a proper good dog kill them anywhere, im prob being biased but its so hard to get a dog to run so well in ireland then bring it to england and it do the same on any land in england them dogs are rear cudn,t put a price on them. Very true.

    cheers. i run whippet crosses and get plagued with foot injurys when i don't need it, not all ways, but about 2 to 3 times a year. the land i run is rough ground! i run mainly rabbits and the odd fox and hare. need a dog that is not in the vets too often and lasts a life time, hopefully.! vets bills are expensive!

    Dogs have better protection in the uk, than over here in Eire. Over here, if a farmer catches you on his land and you have no permission with a dog, lamping, or hare coursing, he will be in his rights to shoot it! The police (guards) over here, don't give a crap! Only time the farmer can have is gun taken away here is, if you can proove he threatened to shoot you (which some do), a phone, or cam-corder, is handy to have, in situations like this! years ago, i seen a good hare dog, shot, just as it picked up the hare, the farmer stood at the gate, watched the whole course, the dog got to whe

    Fresh and raw is best, however, they are high in Iron and vitamins, so in moderation is best, once or twice a week, 1 sheep heart between 2 dogs is grand.
