  5. Poaching is always an emotive subject, its gone on for hundreds of years and there is a huge difference between the one for pot type poacher and those who have no respect for the land, the countryside or its quarry. But i think to compare a poacher to somebody who steals bikes off children, robs old ladies etc is clearly overdramitising the situation............ Thieving has gone on since man first made then owned a stone axe or a wooden club. Try in to justify the act as some kind of primeval right, or claiming its just the poor down trodden and now disenfranchised peasant asserti

  11. It was bred down from his irish terier x line, i got the dog off another mad, cw he was young, about 18 month, he was not the best on hare, but took the odd one, thats why he was sold to me, but, he took a lot of foxes ect with me and rabbits. His sister, cw owned and she took a lot of hares, smaller dog. cw had some good hare dogs from his lines in them days. Sorry, i could not tell you what exact names of the dogs involved were, was just told when i bought the dog, back in 96, that it was from kings irish terrier breeding and a coursing greyhound was involved.
