    I think I've said on here before, I'll be driving long with the kids in the car at night out in the lanes and start telling them the hairy hand story.... then the car starts juddering, the lights go off and the hand go's back and grabs one of them.... as soon as the lights are off there's bedlam in the car, with the kids screaming

    I am the same as that mate but my personal kit has to be spot on !! Lol lol.......my old woman has give up complaining Exactly the same, if I'm going fishing I'll be in making rigs, new line on the reels, the bag or box packed perfectly, all the while sat at a kitchen table I've promised I was going to wire wool down and wax for the past couple of years I deal with building works every bloody day, coming home and doing it has lost it's appeal... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it

    maybe not a habit but a bad trait, I never seem to finish a job in the house, half an extension, slated the hallway floor all grouted apart from about about 3 tiles where I ran out ( 1 year ago) lol, had a new window put in my daughters room the rooms all decorated apart from the new wood window surround, theres odd bits all over the house.... the missus loves me for it

    Hi Mate Nothing wrong with Devon mate, I love it here. I'm getting a kayak this year, not tried it on the sea so looking forward to it.. done a fair bit up your way, my parents had a pub in Coombe Martin for a bit, we had a boat and used to go out of Watermouth, some lovely fishing up that way and the scenery with sea right up to the moor is 2nd to none...     Thanks Mintstick, the real sharp good quality pics are taken by sean, the ones which were obviously taken by the camera on a phone were taken by me Cheers Tommy, we had an enjoyable season mate, I've got a sneaky feeling my little girl might be the one to keep it up she absolutely loves coming out and has a real way with animals, my mate who races greyhounds commented on her natural way around the dogs up his kennels, she was in brushing them with his wife when we were up there one day, and the ferrets are never left alone by her... the lads keen too but she seems more so... my eldest gir

    Very good post Astral, The over the top, look at me "I'm gay" type, I don't understand why be so in your face... My friends daughter married her girlfriend last summer, I've known her since she was a little un and tbh it was a little strange to see her marry a girl.. Her dad is a great musician and wrote her a song for her first dance, which I must admit was lovely...     The beasts of Bodmin and Exmoor are both sabre toothed rabbits mate, all this talk of panthers etc is rubbish.. It took 3 dogs to take the beast in the photo lol

    Cheers for the replies all Mine are the beddy/ whip in the portrait and the terrier in the bottom pic, the 2 in the top pic are my my mates who I hunt with a lot and the other beddy x is my brothers..     A mate of mine is a greyhound man, he's over to Ireland fairly regularly, either him or his partner... I'm fabricating some steel for him this week I could find out when he's next over you never know he maybe able to help for a drink.. I don't know what or where it needs to go though, pm me the basic details and I'll have a word if you want me to...
