Plus I've made a lot of stuff, the balustrade base is scaffold board sanded back and drilled to accept the balustrades, the steel is bespoke made, made the benches in the kitchen.. made the big bench in the garden out of the waste decking and timber...

Yes mate, she's got a really good eye for that game.. Loads who have stayed here have sent us pics of bits the have copied in their houses, its not my game but for this modern Instagram world its what you have to do... We've made sure there is very little IKEA, a lot of furniture from small local independents, dried flower arrangements from a young girl starting up in Exeter, some pics from a cornish artist etc... Its becoming saturated so you need to stand out to keep the pricing where it should be... its too much work to sale out too cheap
