Depends on the size of the pond mate......seen plenty mink/otter killings and often they are in the 10/20. A large pond would give the ducks a decent escape route and eventually the mink/otter would stop for a feed.

Has to be working my dogs by picking up. Great feeling when all your hard work comes together with a great retrieve, all the better if everybody is watching and comment on the dog.... Shooting wise i love a nice frosty day at the pigeons coming home to roost.

yeah well done how far a day do take yours ? Never be able to get a dog "working" fit by just walking it. Either get on a bike, behind your motor or get it out working/chasing. Slightly embarressing thing happened to me today. I was walking along the street when my button burst on my jeans, luckily i managed to grab them before they hit the floor..... ......Anyway i was just pulling them up when this guy jumped out the bushes and took a photo of my arse !!! Theres some right cheeky fuckers out there. Beware!!!!
