Loss of habitat my arse, charlie will live just about anywhere, i live on the edge of a big city and i used to dig or bolt seventy odd foxes a year with one jack russell bitch. These foxes were taken from both town and countryside in even numbers IMO the only reason you see more in the towns now is no one dares to touch them, you can't very well take your big guns around the local shopping centre. Out of the seventy foxes a year i took with my dogs only a small percentage were killed, something you carn't do with rifles and the loss of habitat your talking about where did this happen ?. If you

Well mate what i have done is bought 1 of those small digital locking safes( get them in most D.I.Y stores) and bolted it the top of my gun cabinet. Completely solid and keeps everything in the one place. -
Top thread Ideation but unfortunetly there seems to be a dogmen v rifle men theme too it. Whats annoying is when you read "They shoot 10 out of 10 and dont give a f**k" when we all know 100% that the dog men would slip on 10 foxes in a night in the hope they would catch every one....FACT!!! As been said before i think the only real reason that numbers would take a serious decline is loss of natural habitat and they would be driven into towns even more so and would then have to be culled for fears of disease and attacks on pets and children.

Thats right EVERYONE MUST THINK AND ACT LIKE A KEEPER. If your keeping birds then having stoats about is maybe a problem, if not then they dont cause any harm and are more likely to cause some good. They may be vermin in certain situations or certain places but thats a ridiculous basis for eradicating them on site or not trying to save one if found. We have stoats knocking about and we keep chickens. I did wonder if the stoats would have a go at the chooks, but they never have. What's their natural prey ? Anything they can catch pretty much but they love a rabbit. A great little

Top advice mate..........knew someone who tried to make a bbq out of a 45 gallon drum. He was cutting it with a grinder in a garage and the fumes built up, it blew up, killed him and the grinder was stuck in the roof.

Maybe its something to do with this.............anybody can buy a piece of equipment, set it up correctly and begin to shoot. If they miss then its there own doing and generally can take a bit tongue in cheek slagging. Then theres the flip side of this which is working with dogs......you get a pup, put in hours upon hours training the dog and somebody comes along and calls it shite without even see it working and inevitably an argument will start. Dont know why some of the write ups are longer....some folk(not slagging) cant manage to string a few sentences together on here never mind a whole
