load of rubbish that theory It does mate. I ran about with one road tyre and 3 bf MUDs on and after about 3 days I was struggling to get my motor out of 4WD. Guy in the tyre place said that it would have been the problem.

With ex layers as well would you be hoping they raise a brood to hold them as well ?. Well you would hope they could....maybe not so much that season as it will be late on and alot of the hens will be coming to the end of lay but possibly for next season. If your trying to run a decent shoot in this day and age you can't rely on wild stock though due to weather and bloody vermin strangly enough they havent done to bad here this season considering the wet weather Whats the temperature been like beside you mate. I know it's been constant rain( as we have heard) but i believe it's more the c -

He obviously gets ex layers. Can be done but you need a very large piece of ground. Can't be done with poults. -

To be honest I don't think they make that much of a difference but if you can afford it then anything that keeps them pecking and scratching away is always a bonus. Canny beat a nice straw ride. -
Hello Cammy, No, well, not live ones! Wasn't thinking at the time when we built it, Glorious Summer days, making good headway.....needed sheet fast to get job finished. Along comes winter, and everything inside gets f**kin soaked anyway!! Got a few rolls of Glass wool lying around spare, but it's horrible stuff, especially above you! Might just suffer it for a morning,get it in there and stick up a sheet or 2 of ply to keep it there. Lab - Where did you get it from? Builders merchant / specialist Doods? Is it an aerosol deal, or do I need a gun for the compressor? Ch

Easiest method mate is a stuff called Touch and Foam. I have it in my pheasant sheds. It's not cheap but it's alot easier than any insulation sheets or boards.
