This method does come in handy some times me and gaz off here were having a stroll the other day when a dog walker came up to us as we had just caught a rabbit...now all tho we were on permission we always try and keep out the public eye due to old lady's and men getting upset to see a dead bunny but on this occasion the lady dropped a couple off hints that she hadn't had rabbit in a while so I used this method to gut then skin the rabbit (because none of us had a knife ) which I gave to her and she went happily on are way thinking that me and gaz were true gentlemen lol

[ but why not a bull what has also been used for bushing rabbits or bushing foxes from cover and then dealing with them or dealing with fox in cover??? Pre ban of course

and collies were bread for herding but you still want to youse a 3/4 collie to catch rabbits.....

Hi lads looking for a bit of info on beagle blooded bushers.i no that adding beagle to a spaniel will give it voice and more chance of it holding a line but but how much beagle blood is too much for a busher. It will mainly be for bushing rabbits to lurchers and to the gun (rough shooting)so don't realy want it holding a line is there anyone who works spaniel beagle crosses with 1/4 beagle blood .cheers

Great little vid that mate. Nice to see the dog have a run and like the music you used on it..some of the videos on youtube of ferreting with hardcore music and rave music on it just ruin them ...looking forward to seein some more vids

he about 26-27 inches. I borrowed a camera and took pics il get up uploaded later. Whats the story with the spurs should he not have any or what? Cheerswell if he's 26 or 27 inch then he's defo not ko shamo cross lol...he should have spurs depending on his age ..on the pics he looked tiny

to be honest mate on the pics it looks like he has spurs and in the pic it looks like his head is only a couple of inch above the first strand on the harris fencing which are around 12 inch that's what makes me think ko in there

Fishing scales will do.place him in a pillow case and hook it on fishing scales...how tall is the stag mate..like I say the pics are realy small and I carnt enlarge them
